Benefits

Many spiritual traditions, accordingly, share a common spiritual theme: the "path", "work", practice, or tradition of perceiving and internalizing one's "true" nature and relationship to the rest of existence (God, creation (the universe), or life), and of becoming free of the lesser egoic self (or ego) in favor of being more fully one's "true" "Self".

the Benefits:

Be as you are a Blessing from the Lord and Lady.

Memberships

Sanctuary of the Winds is a non-profit Ecclesiastical Corporation in the state of Michigan. Sanctuary assists those who seek a safe, stable learning environment in which to learn the nature based religions. Sanctuary offers many services and activities to the public.

What does that mean? We are a group of solitary practioners who come together to share our experiences, makes friends, and experience each others paths. We are not a coven and we do not prescribe to any particular tradition. Everyone is welcome regardless of their beliefs as long as they come with an open mind.

Individuals interested in Sanctuary of the Winds are encouraged to attend one of our public Meet & Greets. They are held on the second and fourth Sunday of each month at the Schuler's book store on Alpine Ave. We meet in the cafe between noon and 2pm. These are casual meetings purely for social purposes. This not only allows you to meet some of our current members, but also lets those involved get a feel for each other's energies.

Membership is not required to visit the library, socialize at meet & greets, or attend public gatherings.
